Ok so it was working till the last update... now whenever i log in it shows an error code

Easy to use and very useful

Loved it until it this moment. now doesnt show me the number of followers in the top bar, so it kind of defeated the purpose

When i logged into my Instagram it said it wanted to follow people and delete posts on my behalf... So I never went past that because I dont want it to do that.

I have used this app for years and have never had an issue. Nice layout and helpful, could be a tad more accessible!

I paid to have the pro version. It worked well for a few weeks and then All if a sudden said account error. Now i cant use pro features and support has not responded in over a month. Wasted my money... Buyer beware...

Its showing inaccurate number of likes under mutual. Beside that this app is good

This latest version no longer shows me exactly how many followers I have. I have 20,538 but it says 20.5k. This is basic info yet it cant even get it right. Is a monkey in charge of these updates? Also crashes every time I try to scroll thru ghost follower section and I paid for this capability. Im using latest ios. Like Instagram itself - this app is now worse than before.

I got the app a few times and every tin I type the confirmation code it just says "oops something went wrong"

Lack of customer support. I keep having the same issue, which of course gets reported. I get the standard email saying my complaint has been noted and someone will be in touch if additional info is required. No one has ever contacted me, and I am unable to track whos unfollowed me.

Agreed to pay for the $2.89 version - next thing I know I was charged $18 for a year subscription?!? The email to contact them isnt working - unimpressed to say the least. I would have never subscribed or paid $18 for this app.

Bought the pro features and it stopped working, lost all my info. Reached out for support 6 times and never got a reply. Stay away

The app works pretty well but the dashboard doesnt show anymore the followers number. Please correct it!!!

Great update. I TOTALLY didnt want to see my follower count. Thats NOT AT ALL the whole point of this app and why I downloaded it in the first place. Others should follow suit. Lets make it so iPhones cant make phone calls. Another great idea would be if iTunes couldnt play music. Lets start taking water out of pools, too. Who needs that pesky water getting in the way anyway?
